Soothing Sympathy

CCMC358

Indeed, for life will always have the same end to all of us, and my mother always says that this is the only certainty in life. Sympathy cards are not fun to make, but they can have a soothing, calming, and something even be a bit happy looking.

I truly like the color combination from Create with Connie and Mary challenge 358 and honestly I will be using this combo more often. Today, however, I chose a Sympathy card, so I can have some at hand in case I need one. The sentiment is from the Love & Sympathy set and that beautiful image is from the Moon Lake stamp set. The Lullaby DSP gave the bit of "texture" that I was looking for and the Lost Lagoon Ribbon finished it all up elegantly. Hope you enjoyed today's card and perhaps will try using this combination in your next project.

Thanks for visiting today. Be well
