Bride & Groom

Well, it is coming to the end of yet another great catalog season, but why despair? The new catalog is just around the corner and we will all love it.

Miriam Castanho-Bollinger, #mstampinwithyou, stampin up, demonstrator, dsc, wedding card, timeless elegance dsp, for the new two stamp set, heat embossing, su

For today's Dostamper Stars 178 I am showcasing more of some favorites that are soon to be retired. I am a hoarder of DSP and have too many to count. However, the Timeless Elegance was one of those papers that I really did not get the chance to hoard. I use it too fast. It is beautiful and super friendly. Sad to see it go. The sentiment from the For The New Two stamp set is beautiful and I heat embossed it to give an extra sheen and to make the image darker. I love heat embossing. That ribbon is retired from old, but it matches the paper so well that it did the homework for me. Nothing like having classic supplies at hand.

Thank you for visiting today. I appreciate your time and your friendship. Take a moment to get more inspiration by visiting the other Dostamper Stars. Be well

Miriam

Thanks.

So much for Mother Nature being generous to us. The weather took a down turn again and today it was rather chili. Of course, I would much prefer to enjoy 70F right now, but I know it is not realistic. I continue to have firm thoughts that soon it will be even better than that.

Miriam Castanho-Bollinger, #mstampinwithyou, stampin up, demonstrator, mm, thank you, farmer's market dsp, a whole lot of lovely, su

Nonetheless, I am thankful for the bit we got. Then, let's make a Thank you card. Yeah. Mojo Monday 445 has a great and simple sketch. I like those simple sketches. I used the soon to be retired Farmers Market dsp and the retired A Whole Lot of Lovely stamp set. The Chevron ribbons retired last year, and I was sad to see them go, but I have a few stashed away. I like the looks and texture of it. Pearls for the flowers and a perfect bow is all you need to polish up the looks.

Thank you for your visit today. I love to hear from you. Share the love. Be well

Lovely.

Beautiful weekend and busy getting come yard work done. It feels so nice to get outside, breath some fresh air, feel the warmth of the sun and enjoy my family. This was a lovely weekend.

Miriam Castanho-Bollinger, #mstampinwithyou, stmapin up, demonstrator, pp, all occasions card, park lane dsp, a whole lot of lovely, 2" circle punch, scallop circle punch, su

I did not get much time to spend in my craft room. Worked all day outside on Saturday and took my daughter to a violin recital in the evening. We got to see Hillary Hahn play and it was so beautiful and smooth, surreal. Sunday was our usual rest day, but I got to make couple of cards. This one is for The Paper Players 292 and I want to send this to mother nature for giving us such beauty to enjoy. The stamp set is the A Whole lot of Lovely, which I framed in the circle layered in scalloped circle punches. That beautiful paper is Park Lane dsp, and I am glad I had a bit of it left. You see, you get this products that are ready to retire and you can enjoy them for a bit longer. Take advantage and get your favorites while they last.

Thank you for visiting today. I look forward to seeing you again. Be well

Here for you.

CCMC403

This week went by in a snap. I was not terribly busy with extra activities, and I do not know how it came to be Friday. Maybe it is because I had some time to play at my craft room and also to enjoy the outdoors and a bit of warm weather.

Miriam Castanho-Bollinger, #mstampinwithyou, stampin up, demonstrator, get well, masculine card, ccmc, awesomely artistic, and many more stamp set, word window, scalloped tag topper punch, linen thread, candy dots, su

I worked in a card for the CCMC 403 and had a great time doing so. I think the best is when I can come up with a card using only one stamp set. I almost did, but went a sentiment different than was at the Awesomely Artistic, which provide all the images. The sentiment came from And Many More stamp set. I added a bit of Early Espresso ribbon, and tied it up with Linen Thread, which is very visible, but in person I love the touch. I think this card is a perfect get well/masculine card.

Thank s for your visit today. Enjoy your beautiful day. Be well

Miriam

Please don't go.

Last week was busy and I was hoping for a more calm week. I did not get much chance to spend time in my craft room, but in all, I got a lot accomplished, and so did my children. Life is beautiful

Miriam Castanho-Bollinger, #mstampinwithyou, stampinn up, demonstrator, dsc, wedding card, subtles DSP, flowering flourishes, for the new two stamp set, big shot, darling doily, su

And life is beautiful even when favorite products get the retirement label on them. I did today's card for the Dostamper Stars 177 and what better idea than to use retiring and retired products? Flowering Flourishes is definitely a set that will not leave my house. I love this set and will keep with me and use many times over. The sentiment on this card is from the For The New Two stamp set that is also on the retiring list. The Darling Doily framelit was retired last year but I also love using it. The accent it adds is too precious. The background is from the Subtles dsp that was also retired couple of years ago. I could not do without a touch of ribbon and a perfect bow. That beautiful ribbon is also on the retiring list, so grab yours before it is gone.  In all, a lot is going to retire, but a lot more fun product will come. You will love it all!

Thanks for visiting today. I love hearing from you. Drop a line and also visit the other Dostamper Stars for more inspiration. Be well

Miriam
