So many inspiration.

I am sure this is not only happening around my area, and I love the looks of it. What I mean? The succulent crazy that is going on at the moment. They are so pretty and delicate and I see them everywhere. Therefore, they are a big source of inspiration.

That, combined with the Color challenge from DoStamper Star 224 and the stunning Oh So Succulent stamp set and framelit, a winner was crowned. I did not have to add much but I added a bit of ribbon and also a retired dsp that brought hints of green to the card. Now, the big plant was cut in Mint Macaron, believe it or not. I sponged it with Old Olive on the center parts and a spread towards the edge. But stopped short to allow room for a bit of Sweet Sugarplum to give that bit of reality to the plant. I used dimensional on the largest and the other 2 layers for a 3d effect. I also popped the little flowers with dimensional. For the background, I could not have a flat piece of paper, therefore texture was my best friend. Today the Lovely Lace answer to the call of duty beautifully. I absolutely love the looks of this card and hope you will too.

Thank you for your visit. Hope you will find some inspiration here and all around. Be well

Miriam

Grow!

DSC#219

I have started my seeds and with the nice weather and lots of sunshine, some of them have already sprouted. I always get super excited about the garden and seeing the plants growing.

Miriam Castanho-Bollinger, #mstampinwithyou, stampin up, demonstrator, dsc, all occasions card, oh so succulent stamp set, live love grow stamp set, delicate details stamp set, moonlight dsp, su

Well, I am excited about the plants growing and made today's card and the Live, Love, Grow stamp set along with the Oh So Succulent stamp set looks like growing to me. I want a bit of sentiment and the one used is on the Live, Love, Grow stamp set. The background is from the Moonlight dsp pad that I had stashed away. Now, I added the Delicate Details stamp set from Sale-A-Bration - which you can get for FREE with your $50 purchase - to complement and add a small delicate background for the thin ribbon. I love how it turned out and may use the lay out for many other cards.

What else can we grow? Well, you can grow with me and with Stampin' Up! How? You may ask. Well, by becoming a demonstrator you can grow loving what you do, or you can simply enjoy the discount from being a demonstrator and use that to purchase all your favorites. This is a good time to think harder about it and make a move and I certainly will love to have you as a member of my team. Come grow with me!

Thank you for your visit and all your love. Be well.

Birthday special!

Winter made its way back to us, but we are ready to ward it off with a call to Spring.

Miriam Castanho-Bollinger, #mstamppinwithyou, stampin up, demonstrator, pp, birthday card, oh so succulent stamp set, big shot, going places dsp, succulent framelits, su

A clean and simple card for the PP329 that makes a call for Spring to come at once. On this one I used the now retired Going Places dsp stack. I have been totally in love with the Oh So Succulent stamp set and its matching Succulent framelit. The flowers are so pretty and when stacked they sure us. I stamped some on the back for the color, but I did not want too much of it. Sentiment from the same set, a bit of Rhinestones and the candy dots on the corner to bring it to a close.

I hope you will be inspired to make something beautiful too. Thank you for your visit. Be well

Miriam

Penned & Painted Birthday

Image may contain: text

Hello dear friends and readers. Now that everything is back to normal and routine is once again reigning in the house, I find more time to do a bit more in my craft room. I did some rearranging of the storage drawer and units I have in my craft space, gather up retired products, clean the entire area, and I do feel much better. Now I need an extension cord to keep my space heater going.

Miriam Castanho-Bollinger, #mstampinwithyou, stampin up, demonstrator, dsc, birthday card, penned & painted stamp set, oh so succulent stamp set, su

None of that kept me from working on the DoStamper Stars 212. I love the color combination, but they daunted me at first. I need more birthday cards, so this one I needed and wanted to add a sentiment. The Penned & Painted stamp set is fantastic for making color combo easier. I stamped the outline and the center part in Tangerine Tango, while the largest are in Crushed Curry. Added a bit of Pacific Point Flowers from the same set, and the sentiment from the Oh So Succulent stamp set, which you can purchase starting today, and if you get the bundle, you are only a short $1.50 from getting a FREE item of your choice from the Sale-A-Bration flyer. Now, the back panel is also stamped in Pacific Point. If you wonder which stamp set I used, wonder no more. This was a plastic bag that I inked it and stamped directly onto the cardstock. I love the looks and the fact that never two card stock stamped this way will turn out the same. Unique in itself.

Thank you for visiting today. I look forward to seeing you again soon. Be well

Miriam
