Penned & Painted Birthday

Image may contain: text

Hello dear friends and readers. Now that everything is back to normal and routine is once again reigning in the house, I find more time to do a bit more in my craft room. I did some rearranging of the storage drawer and units I have in my craft space, gather up retired products, clean the entire area, and I do feel much better. Now I need an extension cord to keep my space heater going.

Miriam Castanho-Bollinger, #mstampinwithyou, stampin up, demonstrator, dsc, birthday card, penned & painted stamp set, oh so succulent stamp set, su

None of that kept me from working on the DoStamper Stars 212. I love the color combination, but they daunted me at first. I need more birthday cards, so this one I needed and wanted to add a sentiment. The Penned & Painted stamp set is fantastic for making color combo easier. I stamped the outline and the center part in Tangerine Tango, while the largest are in Crushed Curry. Added a bit of Pacific Point Flowers from the same set, and the sentiment from the Oh So Succulent stamp set, which you can purchase starting today, and if you get the bundle, you are only a short $1.50 from getting a FREE item of your choice from the Sale-A-Bration flyer. Now, the back panel is also stamped in Pacific Point. If you wonder which stamp set I used, wonder no more. This was a plastic bag that I inked it and stamped directly onto the cardstock. I love the looks and the fact that never two card stock stamped this way will turn out the same. Unique in itself.

Thank you for visiting today. I look forward to seeing you again soon. Be well

Miriam

  1. I never even thought of flowers with this color combo. But you make it work beautifully. Great job Miriam! Thanks for playing along for this weeks' DOstamperSTARS Thursday Challenge!
