PP 195 & RS 114 - Modern Label Punch

Hi everyone and Happy Monday!

Hope you had time to celebrate mother's day by also getting some time for yourself. I did some garden work, spared myself from cooking, and also saved some time to craft with my little one. On my spare time, I checked out the The Paper Players as well as the Retro Sketch challenges and since time was free, well, then let's play!  I enjoy combining challenges and do it as often as possible. The color combination was subtle enough for me to prepare a first communion card and the sketch is great for showcasing any sentiment, image, or punch art. I chose not to use a sentiment as the cross itself was enough. Simple and subtle.

Thank you for visiting. Have a wonderful week.

Happy Stamping,

Miriam Castanho Bollinger

Tips & Tricks:
  • The cross was made by cutting two labels using the Modern Label punch. One was used whole - the vertical - and the other was cut in half and then positioned on the back to the desired length.
  • To get the flowers to curl up, simply place the flower on the Pierce mat and using the end of the Paper pierce tool press it on the flower. You may also use the Simply Scored Stylus for this job.
