A beautiful day it was on Monday, and I enjoyed a long walk with my children. They rode the bike but I walked and it was marvelous. The sun shone strong, the grass was very green, and new leaves were spotted along the walk. Beautiful.
I did have time to play in my craft room before our walk and made several cards, including this one for the CCMC 404. The colors are bold, and I am afraid at bold colors sometimes, but honestly I love the final result for today's card. The image is from Blessed Easter stamp set, which is retired, and the sentiment is from And Many More stamp set. I have a hard time leaving cardstock plain, and texture in this one was the right ticket. The butterfly is from the Watercolor wings and I use all three colors on it. The photo fails to show how pretty it turned out. Ribbon and bow are a must to finish this card off and be ready to be send to a special friend.
