Take a peek, get well.

CCMC385

It is hard to know that the box loaded with brand new goodies have arrived and you do not have extra time to spare. I think I am going to vote against sleeping until I got to test drive all the goodies.

It was an early Christmas for me and I am oh so happy to see the new Occasions Catalog products in my very own craft room. I was anxiously waiting on the new set and the Rose Wonder bundle did not disappoint. It is beautiful and I can it will have put on a lot of miles before long.

Today's card I prepared for the CCMC 385 and I thought it would be a nice treat to receive a cheerful card when one is not feeling well. The Rose Garden framelit is beautiful, and combined to the new 1/8" Bermuda Bay ribbon, oh my, what a nice effect. The English Garden dsp worked well here too, to keep with the theme. I added texture to the bottom part of the card with the Fancy Fan TIEF, and the sentiment is from the oldie and favorite Perfectly Penned stamp set.

More sneak peek to come, and I am rather happy to share them with you. 'Till then... toodles.

  1. Oh gosh, I really like this! I did not get that ribbon and now because of your card, I have added it to my next order. I love the rose die on top of that pretty paper. Thanks for playing the Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge this week!

  5. Oooooo...new stuff! What a great use of that thinlit and I love the pretty new paper! When I got my stuff, I had to pull out a couple things so that I could make my project right away for December's Create with Connie and Mary and everything else just sat in the box. I sure it all felt so neglected! Thanks for playing along this week in the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!

  7. Love the die cut with the paper - very clever. I'm with you - it is so frustrating to see a box of pre-order goodies yet at this time of year barely a minute to play with them! Have fun with your remaining test drives and hope you find some time to play! Thanks for joining us over at Create With Connie and Mary this week!
