Thank you for caring.


Recently I had a friend offer me a help that I never thought I would need and she was so gracious about it all. We do not know each other for too long, but we became very close from the moment we met. It is a gift that we receive and sometimes I wonder if I am deserving of such fantastic people in my life.

While this card is very simple, I made with my heart feeling fully thankful and used the sketch from the Dostamper Stars challenge 133 to create it. The DSP here is from the Birthday Bash and the sentiment is from Lots of Thanks. I realize how much we receive every day in many ways, and how little I feel that I give. I am blessed beyond measure and I am truly thankful for my life. I thank you all for caring and for every single one of my readers, friends, customers, and supports. Thank you.

Swirly swirls.



Well, our weather took a turn to the worst and it got very cold again. I know it will soon be all good, and I can hardly wait.

While I patiently wait for the weather to improve, I took inventory of my items that are retiring, and have also played a bit. Birthdays are still going strong and today is my brother's birthday. He lives in Japan and lat time I saw him was 2001 or so.Time goes by without us noticing. For today's card I used the Balloon Bash stamp set, along with Birthday Bash DSP and the Floral Frames Collections framelits, which I am sad to see it go. The Retrosketches challenge 161 came to the rescue and with that I kept my card clean and simple.

It is almost over.

Oh Happy Day!



The days preceding Christmas seems to run too fast and I am getting panicked about it. I like to enjoy my days and not feel too rushed, but every end of the year is like this. Oh well.

I am finding time, in the midst of chaos to craft and enjoy the new pre-order products. I have showcased some and will continue to do so, however my current products are getting a bit jealous, so today I am featuring the new Birthday Bash DSP along with the Starburst Sayings stamp set. The ribbon is a Sale-A-Bration item that can be yours too starting January 6th! I like how the ribbons feel and how beautiful of a bow it gives. Of course that My Bow Maker helps a lot with that! This card is being entered in the Mojo Monday challenge 376, as it is hard to pass on a good sketch. I hope you enjoy today's card and will come back soon for more.

2015 Catalog Transition
As the end of the year approaches, many of you have been asking questions about the new catalog. So, here is a quick reference to help you.
  • 2014 Holiday Catalog: Ends January 5
  • 2015 Occasions Catalog: Starts January 6 - ends June 2
  • 2015 Sale-a-Bration Brochure: Starts January 6 - ends March 31
If you're an active customer with me, your Occasions Catalog and SAB Brochure should be arriving in your mailbox soon (some have already arrived).  Let me just say..."You won't be disappointed!"
As you browse through the 2015 Occasions Catalog, you'll find that a handful of products from the 2014 Holiday Catalog are being featured (in addition to those found on page 49).  However, most will "disappear".

The Butterfly Basics stamp set is also fantastic and lent the sentiment for today's card. The DSP you see is the new Birthday Bash Specialty DSP and it is lovely!
