This has been a beautiful and very memorable week for me and my daughter. The closing concert was on Friday and as usual the children gave their very best to played marvelously. Back home, we were able to enjoy the rest of the family company and got some much needed chores done. I did so well that I even had time to play! My game of choice today is Freshly Made Sketch challenge 147. I am still playing with all the new and tremendous Designer Series Paper, and therefore I could not pass on the Sweet Taffy to go with this challenge.
The Sweet Taffy DSP sure has a bubbly and happy personality. I dismissed stamps on this project as the paper did all the talk for me. This card is perfect to accompany a gift to a friend or someone fun having something fun to celebrate!
Tips and Tricks:
- The strips were cut with a 1/8" difference in the size for both length and width.
- The Old Olive layer was cut 1/4" smaller than the base. The bakers twine was attached on the back using regular snail adhesive.
