Dostamper Stars 073 - Lovely as a tree

Greetings!

It is Thursday , so it is Dostamper Stars challenge! I love these challenges as each week we have the opportunity to experiment our creativity with color, sketch, or inspiration. For this week's sketch challenge I picked up my oh so loved Lovely as a tree stamp set which was heat embossed to showcase it beauty. Oh, the sight and idea of a summer night seems so far away! It has been a long, brutal, and difficult winter. I have decided that I broke up with winter, but it keeps on coming back! However, DoStamper challenge this week gave me the chance to think of a summer night. The colors are beautiful and it was easy to add the stamp set Happy Day to go with the project. Here is for another great Thursday at the Dostamper stars, which means is challenge time. This time the sketch is the challenge and I loved it. The minute I saw the sketch I thought wheels, and got spinning around! I used the Betsy's Blossoms wheel to create the pattern of the sketch and use 3 tones of purple. Dostamper Stars 069 - Chalk Talk

Greetings,

It is Thursday, and therefore it is Dostamper Stars Challenge. This time, I decide to go with the versatile Chalk Talk stamp set and Framelit. There are always so much we want to say in a card and the Chalk Talk gets the job done! The heat embossing is one of my favorite techniques as it adds a beautiful effect to any card. Dostamper Stars # 066 - Summer Silhouettes

Greetings,

Dawn Olchefske has put together yet another fun and great challenge for the DoStamper Stars Thursday Challenge. Sometimes I am a bit intimidated by color combination, but as soon as I start getting paper out, I can see all the possibilities of the colors together. I used the sentiment from You're Lovely stamp set that will be available to you starting on January 28th through Sale-A-Bration! I also used the Summer Silhouettes as I am truly ready for some warmer weather. Enjoy!

Tip: I cut the top layer using the Deco Labels collection. Using a separate piece of Whisper White card stock, I stamped the images and attached to the Coastal Cabana base. I use dimensionals to place the top layer and finalize the card!
