What is that flying up there?

The sketch I borrowed from the Freshly Made Sketch challenge 155 and I decided on a new twist for it. Now, I am the kind of person that want to try tools in as many way as possible. Today it was time for another way of using the Scalloped Tag Topper combined with the Oval Framelit, which is on the Weekly Deals this week.
