It's almost here! Boo!



It is approaching all too fast and I just hope to be ready once Halloween is here. We do not get a lot of trick-or-treaters in our neighborhood, but it is fun nonetheless and we make sure to treat them well when they come.

And here is a neat treat box for hose special trick-or-treaters in your life. It holds just the right amount of candy to satisfy that need for some sugar rush and it can be a "friend" to keep! My children do that. I prepare this to enter The Paper Players challenge 216  and since I like the turn out I will be making more. A video tutorial will be soon for this one too; stay tuned and come back so you can make some of this cute treat box too. A new twist on the favorite Chalk talk!

Halloween? Who?

I grew up not knowing of such a thing as Halloween. In Brazil, back in my day, there was no such a thing and the first time I went "trick or treating" I was almost 30 y.o. I Had a blast!

To celebrate this new discovery in my life, I made this card based on the color combination from Dostamper Stars challenge 101 and the sketch from Try Stampin on Tuesday challenge 187. I love that little ghost from the new Holiday Home and all the other images are from the same stamp set. Boo!

What is that flying up there?



Well, if that is not Santa Claus and his Reindeer. What? I know it is a bit too soon for that, but I simply could not resist the new and cute Holiday Home stamp set.

The sketch I borrowed from the Freshly Made Sketch challenge 155 and I decided on a new twist for it. Now, I am the kind of person that want to try tools in as many way as possible. Today it was time for another way of using the Scalloped Tag Topper combined with the Oval Framelit, which is on the Weekly Deals this week. It's the upon us. Happy Labor day!



Labor day is upon us, which brings fall and while I am not looking forward to what follows, I do enjoy Fall and its beautiful colors. Allow me to give a modest welcome to fall, and nothing personal, but I hope Fall takes a long time to actually get here.
