The happy season is here.

What do I mean? Well, I mean summer time, gardening, swimming, growing season, new catalog, open windows, and time with friends. I love that our weather has finely realized that this is Spring time.

The colors are popping up everywhere around here. We did a lot of yard work over the weekend and some of my bulbs look so happy and colorful now. I love when plants start to wake up and reveal their beautiful colors.

Dostamper Stars #280 calls for colors combination. I followed the colors adding only Whisper White and Basic Black. The background is from the Tutti-Frutti dsp from the , then I created the front panel using Dragonfly Dreams and Falling Flower stamp sets. The sentiment is from the Birthday Blossoms stamp set, which will retire at the end of this month. I love this set and will miss it. Although I do not see myself parting with my set.

Tip: The front panel was made by 2 phase stamping. I first stamped the lower part, than use a scrap piece of paper to cover that so I could stamp the top without having the image transpose on the bottom. A nice little trick to keep things neat and separated.

Brigh Spring... Where are you?

Dear Friends & Readers,

Easter was just a delight in our home with friends who came from PA to spend the week with us. We all gathered lovely memories from this time. Hope your Easter was lovely too.

We got a bit sick, however. Not sure what was it. Congestion, sinus infection, not the flu, but just a respiratory ordeal that did not stop our fun at all. We are all anxiously waiting for Spring to arrive once and for all, but instead we woke up to white covered ground. Not the wake up call I was interested in.

Then, we can add color to our surrounding by crafting. DoStamper Stars 276 proposes a bold combination and it is just what I need. So tired of white and gray. Anyway, the images on this card are from the Oh So Eclectic stamp set. I love how we can stamp the back and cut the detail in the sale color and just turns out lovely no matter the color you choose. The sentiment is from Butterfly Basics. Of course, rhinestone must be added, so we know it is a bright and sparkly birthday.

A Bouquet.

Dear Friends and Readers,

Well, mother nature sent us a reminder for those residing in Wisconsin. It is March, and yes, it does snow in March. Oh well.

Nonetheless, I want to see color. Beautiful colors from nature. I know soon we will enjoy the nice weather and the beauty it brings, and I can hardly wait for all that. Until then, let's add color with paper.

I honestly got scared with this color combo. But I figure a card using the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set and Beautiful Bunch framelit would be an ideal match. Super simple and easy card. The background is from the Tutti-Frutti DSP, which is a super fun paper. Rhinestones are a plus and were generously added in this card. A well rounded all occasions card.
