Ornament card tutorial

Match Box Tutorial - Envelope Punch Board

Greetings!

On Thursday I posted a picture of a Match Box that I did for Dostamper Stars challenges using the Envelope punch board. Today I have the video tutorial for you to complete the box. Notice that the tutorial has a two part, and the second part, which is for the window on the box will be available for you next week. I hope you will come back to see that video too.

Materials:

(1) 8" x 8" DSP - Scored and punched at 2 1/2", rotate punch and score at 3 1/2". Repeat. Complete scoring and punching using the scored lines as a guide on all 4 sides.
(1) 10" x 4 1/2" card stock. Scored at 2 1/2", 4", 7 1/8", 8 5/8" using the Simply Scored Scoring Board tool.
(1) 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" card stock

Waterfall Card video tutorial

Greetings,

As promised on my post for DSC 080 on May 1st, here is the video tutorial for the waterfall card. This card has only one fold, however the same concept can be used to incorporated 4 folds, making it a fun card for anyone. Here are some measurements for the pieces. You will need:

(1) 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of cardstock
(1) 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" piece of cardstock
(1) 5 1/4" x 4" piece of DSP - this is optional.
(1) 8 1/2" x 2 3/4" piece of cardstock - this is the "mechanical strip"
(1) 3 7/8" x 2 5/8" piece of cardstock or DSP
(1) 2 7/8" x 2 5/8" piece of cardstock or DSP
(1) 4" x 1/2" piece of cardstock.

DSC 80 - My Mother

Hi everyone,

DSC#080-Replace&Remove

Last Saturday, my mother went back home to Brazil and we are all missing her already. Having her spend 5 week with us was a wonderful treat and we enjoyed every minute of it. Today's project for the Dostamper Stars challenge is dedicated to my mom.  She is very supportive of my work with Stampin' Up! and enjoyed seen all my work and participated in many a project that I made while she was here. The stamp of choice could be no other than My Mother and I decided to try a technique that I have not done in a while: waterfall card. A video tutorial will be posted on Saturday, so come back to see how easy it is to put this card together.
