I am so glad my husband is back from his business trip. We miss him so much and since my little son had his birthday on Monday, it was nice to have the whole family together.
I prepare this card today for the Mojo Monday 487 and thought about all those times when we all have to endure some time alone and we all brave through it with happiness in our hearts. I am celebrating myself, my children, and my husband. I used some elements that bring comfort to me. I love butterflies, so the Butterflies Thinlits got to work. Colors, flowers, and leaves are all things that also bring comfort and warmth. The Lovely Lace TIEF served well for the background, Birthday Blossoms stamp set gave the sentiments and leaves, and the colors Tangelo Twist - sadly retired - Cucumber crush and a pop of Basic Black did the trick. Love the results and will certainly share this card with someone else to keep the celebration going.
