Hello my dear friends and readers. I am so glad to be able to find a bit of time to craft, but now that we had some beautiful days, we have spend a bit of time outside enjoying the sun and the very mild temperatures. Yesterday, I was too excited and no longer able to wait. I put my seeds on potting soil. I am hoping that the season will continue mild and the spring will be here soon. I do not plan, of course, on transplanting my seedling too soon.
This card is prepared for the DSC 218, and ribbons are a favorite of mine - sure you know that - and since we have good weather, I wanted color, lots of it. I also have needs for several Get Well cards so I made this a Thinking of you/Get Well card. I think it will bring a bit of cheer. I used the Swirly Bird bundle for the flowers and leaves and I layered the flowers for a bit of 3D. Sentiment, from the Rose Wonder, was placed on a Layering Circles, which is such delicate details for a layer. Then, the ribbon, oh so pretty and soft. I love this ribbon and the bow is always perfect. I add texture from the Fancy Fan TIEF on the Crumb Cake layer and love all those textures together.
