As predicted, this week has been busy but in a very good way. My little boy had his birthday last Sunday, but we are having some friends come over Saturday for a little party/get together. It will be fantastic.
Today's card for DoStamper Stars challenge 172 is an all occasion and I thought of several instances that this card is a perfect choice. I used the beautiful Botanical Gardens DSP for the background, topped with a layer of Hello Honey and Very Vanilla to keep truth to the sketch. The World of Dreams was selected for the image. I covered the top flowers with tape, inked with Mossy meadows, remove the tape and used the marker to color the flowers. I love how it turned out. The sentiment is from Rose Wonder stamp set. I wanted to add a butterfly and my first choice was too big. The Bitty Butterfly punch was just the perfect size. The pearls was all that was needed to give a nice finishing touch to this card.
