Green? No, white.

Wow, and what was an early Spring turned out to be just a preview. We got about 8" of snow since Sunday evening and I think there is supposed to be more accumulating in the evening and Tuesday morning. Oh well. And what was green is now white.

And the challenge for The Paper Players 335 was perfect for the current scenery. I have evergreens in my backyard, so at least I can admire the greenery all year long. But that is now covered in snow. It is beautiful, but not my first choice. Anyway, for today's card I used two shades of green: Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive. The stamp used was the Falling Flowers and I did not want a sentiment, so a button was a better choice today. The image on the Pear Pizzazz panel was heat embossed in White powder, which I thought made a nice effect. This card can go for many occasions and I do like the simplicity of it a lot.

Thank you for visiting today. Please do come again and find inspirations for your project. Be well

  1. What a pretty color combo....I sometimes forget about Old Olive, I need to dust it off and pair it with Pear....so pretty, especially with the white embossing! Thanks for sharing this us this week at the Players!
